    2 slices Panera Tomato Basil Bread - cut thick
    1/4 C Hummus
    1/4 C Feta Cheese
    1/4 C Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Red Peppers
    1 Leaf Romaine Lettuce
    About 8 slices of peeled cucumber
    A couple slices of red onion
    1 T Trader Joe's Cilantro Salad Dressing

Directions

Spread hummus on bread, top with feta, layer on veggies, and top with dressing... Easy and DELICIOUS!
