Introduction

This smoothie will keep you full and makes a great breakfast or lunch! This smoothie will keep you full and makes a great breakfast or lunch!

Ingredients

    1 regular-flavored oatmeal packet (or about 1/3 cup of quick oats), uncooked
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1/2 cup orange juice, calcium fortified
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 tsp honey
    1 banana (optional)

Directions

Banana not included in nutrition.
Add all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. If you don't like honey, feel free to use splenda in its place. Makes one serving.
