Ingredients

    6 eggs
    1 C skim milk
    1 C flour
    1/2 t salt


Directions

Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with canola oil spray. Place baking dish in oven. Place in oven at 350 degrees.

In a blender, add 6 eggs, 1 cup skim milk, and 1 cup flour and a 1/2 t salt. Blend until smooth.

Pour mixture into warmed baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
