    Very Good
Very tasty and a hit with my housemate. Digital meat thermometers are a wonderful thing; you don't have to open the oven door to check the temp. - 12/26/10

    Very Good
I really enjoyed this dish. Very easy to make. I let mine cook an extra 10 minutes to be sure it was done. (no meat thermometer.) It was tender and juicy. - 10/12/09
