Introduction

Ingredients

    Boneless skinless chicken breast-3 oz.
    Bread crumbs dry, grated,plain-0.5 oz (1/2 Tbsp)
    Parmesan cheese grated-0.5 oz. (1/2 Tbsp)
    Garlic powder-0.25 tsp.
    Paprika-0.25 tsp.
    Pam olive oil cooking spray

Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Press chicken into ingredients and place in a sprayed baking dish or pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. This is one serving. I usually cook several and have leftovers.
