Ingredients

    1 cup sliced zucchini
    1 cup fresh mushrooms
    1 med vidalia onion chopped/sliced
    1 cup fresh red (or other color) pepper
    1 small summer (yellow) squash
    4 tbsp Pfeiffer Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette

Directions

toss veggies in a bowl in dressing and put on grill plate directly on grill or wrap in foil and place on grill....grill plate will yield some slightly crunchier veggies...toss veggies on grill plate once or twice to keep from burning...take off grill and place back into bowl...enjoy!
