Introduction

This is something I had left over one night and put it all together. Goes well with spaghetti. This is something I had left over one night and put it all together. Goes well with spaghetti.

Ingredients

    1tbsp Butter or Margerine
    1 Small Head Cabbage, shredded or diced
    1 Small Onion, chopped
    2 Large Cloves Garlic, minced
    4 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
    3 fl oz Water
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Cook butter or margerine over med heat until shiny. Add onion, garlic and cabbage. Let cook for about five minutes and add Worchestershire Sauce. Watch liquid level so that cabbage does not burn. Add water at needed. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook until desired tenderness.

Makes 4 one half cup servings.
