1 pound chicken breast, cut in chunks
1 tbs oil
2 bags Birds Eye Broccoli Stir-Fry
1 tbs lite soy sauce
1 tbs lite teriyaki sauce
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbs corn starch
1 bag Birds Eye Steamfresh brown rice
Directions
Prepare rice in microwave per package directions.
Stir-fry chicken in oil in wok until done
Add vegetables and cook until done
Add corn starch to cold broth and stirr until smooth, add to wok.
Add soy sauce and teriyaki sauce.
Serve over rice.
Makes 4 2-cup servings
