Ingredients

    Add all dry ingredients and mix for 2 min. Add all other ingredients except 1 cup of hot coffee. Mix 2 min. then add 1c of hot coffee. Add slowly. Mix for 3 min. Put into bundt cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. Do not overcook it will dry out.
    I add fat free cool whip to make it taste even better.
