Ingredients

    2 cups sliced yellow squash
    1 cup sliced zucchini
    1/2 chopped onion
    butter buds to season
    1 can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
    about 1/3 box reduced fat wheat thins, french onion flavor, crushed
    2 1/2 oz. cheese

Directions

Cook squash and onion in micorwave until tender. Drain. Season with pepper and butter buds. Add cheese and cook until melted and mixed in. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and bake at 350 until dbrown.
