Introduction

This recipe is great for leftover veggies or other items. I used whatever was in my pantry. This recipe is great for leftover veggies or other items. I used whatever was in my pantry.

Ingredients

    1 can (16oz) baked beans
    1 lb ground turkey
    1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
    2 cups uncooked hash browns
    1/2 C shredded Cheddar Cheese
    5 tablespoons buffalo wing sauce
    1 can Campbell's cheddar cheese soup
    3 Tablespoons water

Directions

Brown ground turkey in large skillet. Add in wing sauce til mixed. Stir in vegetables and cover til warmed though. Meanwhile, in another skillet, place 3 tablespoons water in skillet and heat to 350 degrees. Add hashbrowns til and cook with cover til brown, turn over and cook on other side.

In beef & veggie skillet, stir in baked beans and cheddar cheese soup til warm. Once mixture is warm completely through, pour into microwave proof bowl and place hashbrowns on top. Sprinkle wth cheese and place in microwave for 2 minutes til melted. Serve with salad and bread. You can also use tator tots that have been baked according to package in place of hash browns. Makes 12 1/2 cup servings.
