    4 oz tuna , in water
    2 Tablespoons sweet relish
    1 Tablespoon light mayo
    1 Tablespoon chopped onions
    salt to taste
    black pepper to taste
    Nature's Own Whole Wheat Bread

Directions

MIx all ingredients. Chill. (10 minutes in the freezer works well when in a hurry.) Serve on toasted bread.
