Ingredients

    * Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped - free
    * *Half A Yellow Onion, 2 serving - chopped- about 25 cents
    * *Carrot - raw, chopped, 1 cup - ? needed used up
    * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced - needed used up ?
    * Fresh Chives, hand full of sprigs - free
    * *Beef, top round, fat trimmed, London Broil, Round Steak, Cube Steak, 8 oz - on sale, less than $1.00
    V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium, 2 oz - to cheap to count
    Mrs. Dash, to taste.

Directions

Place in Crock Pot in order listed.
8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
