Ingredients

    1 and 1/2 lbs pork cooked and drained
    12 eggs
    3/4 t dry mustard
    4 slices of bread cubed
    2 cups shredded potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup milk
    2.5 cups milk

Directions

cook and drain sausage--cube bread and add potatoes, bread, cheese, and sausage to pan, mix. In a bowl, combine eggs, 2,5 cups milk, and dry mustard. Pour over bread mixture in 9 X 13 pan. Let set 12 hours in frig. Before cooking, combine the C/M soup and milk and pour over the pan of eggs. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours.
