Ingredients

    8 Chicken thighs
    4 tbsp olive or peanut oil
    Finger length piece of ginger, grated
    4 tbsp dry sherry or shaohsing rice wine
    4 tbsp light soy sauce
    4 tbsp clear honey
    4 tsp five-spice powder

Directions

Whisk together the marinade ingred. Pour over the chicken. Marinade at least 20 mins, up to 24 hours.
Heat oven to 360 F. Place chicken in dish and roast for 40 mins. Pour remaining marinade and cook another 30 mins, or until sticky and golden.
