Introduction

Ingredients

    24 oz 1% Cottage Cheese
    3 tbsp dried Dill Weed
    1 tbsp Garlic Powder
    1 tsp Salt


    Optional:
    1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
    1 Onion Soup Mix

Directions

Place all the cottage cheese in a blender and turn on high. Blend for 5 minutes stopping occasionally to scrape the sides and mix down in. It is done when there are no more lumps and it is the texture of sour cream.

Transfer cottage cheese to another bowl and stir in dill weed, garlic powder and salt.

Makes 6 Almost 1/2 cup servings of great low calorie, low fat and high protein dip.

Different Options:

To change the dip you can replace the dill weed, garlic and salt with a package of Hidden Valley Ranch Mix for Ranch Dip or a package of onion soup mix for Onion Dip.

Stores fine in refrigerator for up to a week.
