Introduction

Half white flour, half whole wheat pancakes with blueberries and blackberries. Half white flour, half whole wheat pancakes with blueberries and blackberries.

Ingredients

    1/2 C white flour
    1/2 C whole wheat flour
    1 T sugar
    3 t baking powder
    1/2 t salt
    1 large egg
    3/4 C milk
    2 T oil
    1 C blackberries, chopped
    1 C blueberries

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Beat the egg until fluffy; add milk and oil. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry and combine until almost mixed. Add berries and finish mixing. Pour onto a hot, lightly greased griddle or skillet.
