Introduction

This is a recipe for pizza if you are really trying not to eat badly. One slice of Pizza Hut's pizza can be twice as much as this personal pizza. Cuts down on the calories and carbs. Substitutes can also be pizza sauce, but both taste about the same. Also Ragu's Tomato and Basil sauce has a full serving of vegetables in every serving of sauce.:) This is a recipe for pizza if you are really trying not to eat badly. Ingredients

    1 7-8" tortilla
    Ragu Spaghetti Sauce-0.5 cup
    Mozzarella Cheese-Shredded or Grated-1.5 oz or 43 grams
    Toppings of your choice, calories not included in recipe

Directions

Place tortilla on a baking sheet. Spead sauce over middle, leaving about a 1/2" edge uncovered. Grate or sprinkle cheese evenly over sauce. Broil at 350* degrees from 2-4 minutes. My oven is very powerful so I have to keep an eye on it. So usually as soon as cheese is melted and edges are crisp, pull it out. Let cool and cut into 4 or 6 triangles with a pizza cutter. Whole pizza makes one serving for a meal, used as an appetizer, makes 4-6 servings.
