Ingredients

    1 pkg. firm tofu
    1.5 tbsp. sesame oil
    1 tbsp. soy sauce
    3 tbsp. miso paste
    3 tbsp. C. chicken broth
    1 C. carrots
    1 C. celery
    1 sml onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 zuccini
    2 tsp. ginger root
    7 C. glass noodles (1 C. per svg)

Directions

sprinkle tofu with soy sauce, brown tofu in 1 tbsp. sesame oil, about 5 min. total. put aside and slice. In same pan, saute onion, carrot, celery, pepper zuccini,
