I wanted to try something new and healthy. So, I subbed all sugars with splenda and added my all time favorite Ocean Spray Craisins.The main recipe format is from the Quaker Oats container label. Ingredients

1/4 Cup & 2 Tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1/2 Cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
1 cup (8 fl oz) low fat plain yogurt
2 Egg white,
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp nonfat Milk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt (Optional)
3 cups Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal,
1 Cup Ocean Spray Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries
Supplies: large bowl, medium bowl, 13X9 inch baking pan and wire rack
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine sugars, yogurt, egg whites, oil, milk and vanilla; mix well. In medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Add yogurt mixture; mix well. Stir in oats and fruit.
2. Spread dough onto bottom of ungreased 13X9 inch baking pan.
3. Bake 28 to 32 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. Cut into bars. Store tightly covered.
