Ingredients

    2 Chicken Breasts bone-in, no skin, divided into 4 pieces total
    1 Onion
    1 Jalapeno Pepper or 1/2 scotch bonnet peppper, or 1/4 tsp hot Hungarian paprika
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    4 green onions
    Orange Juice, .25 cup
    Soy Sauce, .25 cup
    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    1 tbsp wine vinegar
    1 tsp each dried thyme and ground allspice or mace
    1/4 tsp each cinnamon, curry powder, salt and pepper

Directions

Remove any fat from the chicken breast halves, and make 3 deep cuts along each piece to allow the marinade to penetrate.
Puree all the ingredients except the chicken in a food processor. Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces and let sit for 2 hours at room temperature in a cool place, or refrigerate for 4 hours. Grill until nicely cooked through. Seves 4.
