Introduction
I found this receipe online & it comes close to what I get via carry-out at the local Thai place. I left it vegatarian, but you can add any type of protien that you'd like: Chicken, Beef, Shrimp, Pork, etc. I found this receipe online & it comes close to what I get via carry-out at the local Thai place. Ingredients
-
pak kana (or chinese cabbage will do)
broccoli
carrots
cauliflower
prik chee-fa, jalapenos or mixed red/green peppers
snow peas
straw mushrooms
shallots (or minced onion)
lime juice
soy sauce (I use low sodium)
palm sugar (to taste)
Thai chili in oil
bean sprouts
peanut oil (for wok)
jasmine rice (or sticky rice)
Directions
-Cook rice per directions & set aside, keeping hot.
-Add peanut oil to a wok or skillet over med-high heat.
-Stir in Thai chili paste & soy sauce, mix well.
-Add everything else except sprouts & sugar. Mix until coated. Continue to cook until veggies are done, but still firm.
-Add sugar to taste.
-Remove from heat.
-Add sprouts & serve over rice.
