Ingredients

    Barilla Plus Penne 8 0z
    Ragu Light Sauce - Tomato & Basil 2 cups
    Garlic 4 tsp
    Onion 1/2 cup
    Zucchini 1 cup chopped
    Summer Squash - 1 cup chopped
    Olive Oil 1 TBS
    Mushrooms 1 cup chopped

Directions

Chop Zucchini, squash, mushrooms, and onion. Put Olive Oil in Sauce Pan, Add Zucchini, Squash, Garlic, And Onions. Saute for about 5 minutes, Add the tomato sauce to pan and simmer for at least 30 Minutes. While sauce is finishing up cook pasta according to package. Combine and serve. This is actually 3 servings for us. A 3oz Pasta serving.
