Introduction

Moist and delicious...these are THE BEST turkey bugers you will ever eat!!! Moist and delicious...these are THE BEST turkey bugers you will ever eat!!!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1.25 lb. ground turkey
    2 tsp minced garlic (approx. 4 small cloves)
    1 tbs Heinz tomato ketchup
    1 tbs Kraft mayo (or light can be substituted)
    4 tbs seasoned bread crumbs
    2 tsp Lea & Perrins Worchestershire sauce
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
    1 tsp groud sage
    1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a large mixing bowl and mix with hands until well combined. Form into 5- 4 oz. patties and flatten slightly. Heat olive oil in non-stick skillet over med-high heat. Add burgers to the pan and cover. DO NOT TOUCH for 3-5 minutes until golden brown on one side. Flip the bugers, lower heat to medium, cover and cook for another 5-10 minutes until no longer pink in the center. Remove from pan and serve with whole grain buns, lettuce, and sliced tomato. ENJOY!!

    This recipe was fabulous. I have to admit it is one of my first turkey burgers as I have always been a diehard beef fan. This went beyond my expectation for flavor!! - 7/27/11

    Incredible!
    These burgers are quite delicious! I definitely will be making these often. There is no need to change anything in the recipe. I was able to serve them on (dry) thin buns because the moisture from the burgers counterbalanced them. Try these! - 1/14/12
