Ingredients

    8 oz. fat free vanilla yogurt
    2 fresh peaches, sliced
    1 cup fresh raspberries
    1 scoop of 100% vanilla whey protien powder
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 packets of Splenda
    10 ice cubes (optional, may be added prior to blending if you want a thicker shake)
