Ingredients

    4 Mission taco size whole wheat tortillas
    7 oz Bumble Bee tuna
    1/2 c diced celery
    2 T minced dill pickle
    1/2 c light mayonnaise
    1 t lemon juice
    1 c sharp shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven on broil. In a bowl, combine the tuna, celery, pickle, mayonnaise and lemon juice; mixing well to create the mix. Down the center of each tortilla, place an equal portion of the tuna mix and top each with 1/4 c of cheddar cheese. Place each prepared tortilla on a broiler pan and place under the broiler and cook until the cheese beginns to bubble, approximately 1-1/2 to 2 min. Once each tuna melt is cooked, remove from broiler; place each tortilla on work surface. Fold the long end of the tortilla over ingredients and roll lightly and transfer them to individual plates.
Add 130 calories each serving if using regular mayonnaise.
