Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 boneless fish fillets
    plain flour seasoned in a plastic bag
    shake fish in this mixture and fry in pan till cooked. WITH
    enough OLIVE oil to put a thinkness of 15mm or 1/2 inch in a frying pan.
    then combine the next 4 ingredients in a blender .
    1 avacado
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1/2 cup natural skim yogurt
    1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce or to taste
    1/4 cup skim light carnation milk
    PUT THE MIXTURE IN SMALL PAN AND HEAT OVER MEDIUN HEAT TILL HEATED THROUGH NOT BOILING AND THEN ADD THE CARNATION LIGHT MILK AND STIR WHILE HEATING TILL COMBINED AND HOT NOT BOILING. PLACE ON FISH AND SERVE WITH SALAD OR OVEN BAKED WEDGIES AND LIGHT SOUR CREAM
