    *Griller Crumbles Morning Star Farms (2/3 Cup [16 Tbsp=1cup])), 1 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)
    rosarita refried beans, vegetarian, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Tomato, small, 1
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Low Carb Tortillas - 8
    *Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped (remove)
    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp (remove)


finely chop one onion.

Add 2 tsps of Olive Oil to skillet
Add Chopped Onion
cook for 2-3 minutes until onion get soft
Add Morning Star Crumbles
Cook for 2 or 3 minutes until crumbles soften
Add Taco Seasoning
Add Refried Beans
Cook for an addition 5-10 minutes until crumbles brown and refried beans are cooked through.

While cooking "crumbles" and beans.
Heat tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds.
Shred Lettuce
Chop tomato

Remove taco mixture from heat.
Scoop a TBSP of mixture on to tortilla
top w/ Sour Cream, Cheese, Lettuce and Tomato.

Makes 8 Tacos.
