Introduction

Ingredients

2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
4 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
2 cups V8 V.Fusion Juice, Peach Mango
2 medium Bananas
2 large Eggs
Directions
Blend all try ingredients in one bowl.
Pulse 2 medium bananas in food process until liquid. Add 2 eggs and pulse again. Then add juice and pulse until all are well blended.
Pour juice/bananas mixture into dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
Pour on hot griddle with 1/4 cup. Cook until brown on bottom then flip. Pancakes will be fluffy (thick) but not airy. These are 'hearty' pancakes.
