Ingredients
*White Rice, medium grain, 3.5 cup
French Fries (french fried potatoes), 750 grams
Peanuts, oil-roasted, 125 grams
Salt, 3 tsp
Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup
Peas, canned, 1 can (303 x 406)
Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
*Cumin seed, 1 tsp
Saffron, 0.25 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
*Coriander leaf, dried, 1 tsp
Cloves, ground, 0.25 tsp
Macaroni, whole-wheat, 250 grams
Directions
Boil the Rice and then remove the water ,
Mix the Ginger , saffron, cinnamon , cloves and ground the coriander leaves and add them to the mix , keep this mix as the "spices" .
Fry the potatoes
with a small amount of oil in a pan , add the mashrooms , potatoes , peanuts and the peas and add some salt the spices to them
roast them for 3-5 minutes
after this put a little amount of oil in a pot and put the boiled rice in it , then mix the remanings ingradients with it
leave on fire for 3-5 minutes with stirring every minute.
