Ingredients

    2 eggs (can use 3 egg whites instead of 2 whole eggs)
    1 2/3 cup nonfat milk
    1/4 cup canola oil
    3/4 cup wheat flour
    1 1/4 cup white flour (can use 1/2 cup oat flour and 3/4 cup white flour instead of all white flour)
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together
Mix all wet ingredients together
Combine wet and dry ingredients but don't overmix
Cook according to waffle iron instructions
Makes 12 servings (of 2 waffle squares each)
