Introduction

Great as a summer side dish or with cut up leftover chicken for a 1 dish meal. Great as a summer side dish or with cut up leftover chicken for a 1 dish meal.

Ingredients

    2 Large tomatoes, diced
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1 medium cucumber, diced
    1/2 c. chopped red onion
    2 T. McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning
    2 c. cooked pasta
    1/2 cup light Italian dressing

Directions

Boil pasta. While pasta is boiling, cut up veggies. When pasta is done, rinse with cold water to cool. Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir. Refrigerate until cold.
