Introduction

make it up, freeze in serving size or eat fresh make it up, freeze in serving size or eat fresh
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    97% lean ground beef
classico tomato & basil sauce 32 oz (from Sam's)
Ronzoni whole wheat blend pasta thin spaghetti (from Wal Mart)
    large onion
2 c chopped (large pieces) celery
    2 c sliced mushrooms
large red or yellow bell pepper, chopped

Directions

fry hamburger. Add in large pot all ingredients except pasta. Add classico jar full of water, cook on low heat about 30 MIT's. When veg's are cooked (but I prefer mine still a bit firm), add the pasta broken up a bit. Cover, cook another 10 minutes or so. No need to boil the pasta separate, just dump it in with the sauce.

Healthy, and tasty too. Feel free to add or subtract veggies or subsided sauce brands to suit your own tastes.

Makes about 10 servings, more or less
