In phase 2 you can have 1 T of milk a day and turkey.
I had an idea, she mentioned cup cake tins, freeze in tins then put um in freezer bag for quick dinner. Oh these will be good with the miracle noodles I just ordered, 0 cal, 0 carbs just fiber very good for us.

Used 96% lean ground beef instead of ground turkey or chicken. Came out pretty good. - 11/2/10

These meatballs were delicious. I usually make meatballs out of pork and beef and these were just as flavorful to me. - 5/2/10

I wish people would stop misleading / misinforming those on the hcg diet -- NO turkey is allowed! And only 1 T SKIM milk per day -- AND, you cannot mix proteins (egg + meat). If this is a Phase 2 recipe, you should state that in the title. - 7/1/13
