Introduction

Ingredients

    * Swordfish, raw, 4 oz
    * Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Pepper, black, 2 dash
    * Lime Juice, 2 wedge yields

Directions

Take Swordfish and rub coconut oil over it. Then squeeze lemon on it and then put pepper on each side of the swordfish. Grill or broiled as desired for about 25 min depending on heat/grill or oven. Once cooked take out and serve.

This recipe makes one serving of swordfish steak.
