Introduction

I never liked the taste of cauliflower dishes. My friends mom made the recipe of cauliflower and garlic stir fry and i took an immediate liking to it. the taste was also great. This gave me the idea of this dish

You can use brocolli, and baby corn instead of cauliflower...Along with the tomato u can toss in spring onions. With the green chillies u can toss in celery too...

Ingredients

    Cauliflower, raw, 2 cup (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices (remove)
    Peas, fresh, 1 cup (remove)
    *Pepper, white, 1 tsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 10 cloves (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 tomato (remove)
    Salt to taste
    Fresh coriander leaves

Directions

1) In a pan, pour in the olive oil. The vegetables have to be stir fried, so make sure the oil is hot enough.
2) First toss in the cauliflower and stir fry till it turns light brown and crispy. Remove from oil and keep aside
3) Toss in the peas and stir fry till it turns crispy. Remove from oil and keep aside
4) Toss in carrots and and stir fry till it turns crispy. Remove from oil and keep aside
5) Toss in the garlic pods and stir fry till it turns light brown . Remove from oil and keep aside. Make sure not to burn them.
6) Now drain all the oil from the pan and toss in all the fried items together. Add salt to taste. Add pepper
7) Stir for a moment and now add onion and tomato
8) CLose the pan and cook till oil starts separating from the tomatoes. Stir occassionally.
9) Now toss in the green chilles.Stir for a minute. Remove from flame and add coriander leaves.
