Ingredients

    1/4 cup dijon mustard
    10 oz. Mozarella
    1 or 2 thin sliced zuchinnis
    1 or 2 thin sliced tomatoes
    pie crust
    3 tbsp olive oil
    2 cloves minced garlic
    2 tbsp oregano
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Makes 8 pieces.

1. Put pie crust in bottom of pie pan
2. Put 1/4 cup dijon mustard in the bottom spread around
3. Use 1/2 of mozzarella cheese on bottom then layer thin sliced zuchinni and tomato on top, repeat.
4. sprinkle olive oil on top, then cover with oregano and chopped garlic.
5. Cover with pie crust, slit the top
6. Back for 45 minutes at 350.
