Ingredients

Milk, Skim, 1/4 cup
Banana, Fresh, 130 grams (about 2 small or 1 large)
Carrots, raw, 100 grams
Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp
Baking Powder, 0.5 tsp
Whole Wheat Flour, 0.25 cup
Hermesetas or other powdered sweetener, 0.25 cup
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Raisins/Sultanas, 25 grams
Bran, unprocessed , 60 gram
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients well in a bowl.
Add carrot, milk, raisins/sultanas and banana, mix well.
Or, for a less chunky texture, throw the whole lot (except raisins/sultanas) in the food processor and process till smooth! Then add the raisins/sultanas at the end.
Bake at 180C (350F) for 25 minutes, until top feels springy.
Cool before removing from pans.
Makes 6.
