Ingredients

    1 box yellow cake mix (calculated with Betty Crocker Super Moist Yellow Cake Mix)
    1 1/4 c water
    1/3-1/2 c applesauce, unsweetened
    3 eggs
    1 can of chocolate frosting (calculated with Betty Crocker Chocolate frosting)

Directions

Mix cake mix, eggs, water and applesauce until well mixed. Fill cup cake papers 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 17-22 minutes. Frost with 1 T Chocolate Frosting. Makes 24 frosted cupcakes
