Ingredients

    1/4 cup margarine
    1/2 cup apple sauce
    1.5 cups sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup sour milk
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    2 cups shredded zucchini
    1/2 cup chocolate chips
    2.5 cups flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    4 tbsp cocoa

Directions

Cream together margarine, oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add sour milk. Sift together dry ingredients. Stir into margarine mixture. Add zucchini and chocolate chips.

Bake in a 9X13 pan for 30 to 40 minutes @ 350F. DO NOT OVERBAKE!
