    yellow corn meal
    skim milk
    parmesan cheese
    salt
    pepper

Directions

boil milk in saucepan on high heat, reduce heat to medium, slowly add cornmeal so it doesn't lump stirring quickly. as soon as it starts to thicken remove from heat and add cheese, salt and pepper.
