Ingredients

    1 1/2 C Egg Beaters
    1 lb. Little Smokies cocktail weiners
    1 1/4 C milk
    9 pieces of reduced calorie bread, torn in pieces
    1 C. Reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp ground mustard
    1 tsp salt
    1 C Reduced fat Mozzarella cheese

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl except Mozzarella cheese.
2. Pour ingredients into GREASED crockpot.
3. Sprinkle Mozzarella Cheese over top.
4. Cook on high 2 hours
5. Cook on low 1 hour.
