Introduction

I saw a few other recipes on Spark that were similar but didn't include nutritional facts for the frosting as well. So, I decided to add everything up to see if I could sneak this one into the new lifestyle:) I saw a few other recipes on Spark that were similar but didn't include nutritional facts for the frosting as well. Ingredients

    Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Classic Yellow Cake Mix (entire box unprepared)
    *Cool Whip Lite, 8oz or half a big container
    *Motts AppleSauce No sugar Added Natural, 1/3 cup
    *Egg white, fresh or frozen, from one large egg (1.2oz) / white, 3
    Water, tap, 1 cup
    *JELLO Sugar Free Strawberry Jello, 8 serving box unprepared
    *Hot Water 3/4
    Water, tap 1/2 cup
    *Jello sugar free fat free instant vanilla pudding mix (not prepared/whole box)
    Milk, nonfat, 2 cup

Directions

Spray cake pan with pam. Prepare cake mix with 3 egg whites, 1/3 cup applesauce, and 1 cup of water. Bake at 350 for 30 min. or until a knife can come out clean when the cake is tested.

Prepare Strawberry Jello mix: Pour mix into bowl, add 3/4 cup of hot water, stir well. Then add 1/2 cup of cold water. Set mixture aside.

Prepare Frosting: Pour Vanilla pudding into bowl. Add 2 cups of fat free milk. Then add 8 oz of Cool Whip Lite. Stir Until well blended. Pop in the fridge to chill while cake bakes.


When the cake is done, poke holes immediately with the back of a wooden spoor or with a fork. Pour Gelatin mixture evenly over cake. Then top with the "frosting". This will serve 12 people.
