    1 c flour
    1 t baking powder
    .5 t baking soda
    .25 t salt
    2 T butter (melted)
    4.5 t sugar
    1 medium egg (pre-beaten)
    1.5 c lowfat buttermilk

Directions

heat griddle to 375. whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar. add egg (pre-beaten), buttermilk, and melted butter. stir until slightlyl lumpy. use 1/2 c for each pancake. makes 6 pancakes.
