    Bananas, 3 OVER Ripe
    Flour, white, .75 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, unpacked
    Applesauce, .25 cup
    All White 100% Liquid Egg Whites, 0.25 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, .5 tsp
    Chocolate Chips, 4 oz


Mix wet ingredients separate from dry.
Combine in mixer
Scoop equal portions into a muffin tray pre-treated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
