Ingredients

    13.25 oz Whole Wheat Dry Spaghetti (Dry)
    0.25 tsp Garlic Powder
    0.125 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
    16 oz can Diced Tomatoes
    12 oz Tomato Paste
    16 ox can Black Beans
    4 tsp Sugar
    2 tsp Oregano
    1.25 tsp Salt
    0.125 tsp Cayenne Pepper
    1 crumbled Bay Leaf

Directions

Makes 7 servings.

1. Cook pasta to desired firmness & set aside.
2. Add remaining ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
3. Lower heat & simmer for 20 - 30 minutes.
4. Remove Sauce from heat and serve over pasta.
