Ingredients

    1 c. frozen spinach
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    1 15 oz. pkg. part-skim Ricotta
    1 c. skim milk
    1/2 tbsp. minced onion flakes
    1 tbsp. oregano
    1 8 oz. pkg. Manicotti shells
    1c. Ragu Robusto, Parmesan & Romano sauce
    1 c. water

Directions

Mix spinach, ricotta, parmesan, milk and spices in large bowl. Stuff spinach mixture into manicotti shells, and place in 13 x 9 in. pan. Mix water and sauce in measuring cup, then pour over manicotti. Bake at 400, covered, for 30 minutes or until noodles are tender, tuning the shells over halfway through cooking.

For variations, add salad shrimp (drained) to the spinach mixture, or cut up Italian sausage.
