2 c oats
1 tb mct oil
1/4 c chopped walnuts
4 scoops protein powder (30g/scoop) vanilla or chocolate
water
Directions
mash bananas, add water/oil/protein powder. Stir in nuts and oats. Mix together well, adding more water if needed. Should be doughy consistency. Bake @ 350 for 10 min
