Ingredients

    2 - RED PEPPERS (SLICED)
    1 - GREEN PEPPER (SLICED)
    1 - MEDIUM ONION (SLICED)
    1 - TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL
    1 - TSP OF CHIPLOTE SAUCE
    1 - TSP WHISTERSHIRE SAUCE
    1 LB OF ANY LEAN BEEF (SLICED INTO THIN STRIPS)

Directions

PUT OIL INTO WOK & HEAT IT ON MED. HEAT ADD BEEF STRIPS, WHISTERSHIRE & CHIPLOTE SAUCES, STIR IN ONION SLICES. KEEP STIRING UNTIL MEAT IS DONE & ONIONS ARE STARTING TO SOFTEN, AT THIS POINT PULL THE MEAT UP THE SIDES OF THE WOK TO REST. ADD THE SLICED PEPPERS TO THE ONION & COOK TILL THEY ARE DONE TO YOUR LIKING. MIX IT ALL TOGETHER & SERVE.
