Ingredients

    4 T EVOO
    1.5 pounds flank steaks, or breakfast steaks
    3T steak seasoning
    1 T dijon mustard
    2T worchestershire sauce
    2T hot sauce
    4 large onions, thinly sliced
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 T flour
    1.5 cups beef stock
    salt and pepper
    12 slices provolone cheese
    crusty rolls or bread

Directions

Preheat grill pan and add EVOO. In a skillet add onions, season with salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat for 7-8 minutes. Add garlic, mustard,worchershire sauce and hot sauce. Cook another 5 minutes. Add flour, cook 1 minute then add stock. Season steak with steak seasoning and grill for 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and let rest.
Toast rolls or bread in oven. Thinly slice the steak and add to onions. Layer provolone cheese on both sides of the bread and top with steak mixure. Tio with other slice of bread and place in the oven 1-2 minutes to melt cheese
